Terms & Conditions
1) Appointment Scheduling
All consultations must be booked in advance through the official system and are subject to availability.
2) Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable unless the consultation is canceled by 11VEN Astro Private Limited.
3) No-Show Policy
If the client misses the scheduled consultation, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
4) Rescheduling & Flexibility
11VEN Astro Private Limited may reschedule consultations in rare emergencies. Clients will be informed in advance.
5) Call Quality & Responsibility
The client must ensure stable internet, proper audio, and a quiet environment. Client-side technical issues are not grounds for refunds.
6) Confidentiality
All personal information, birth details, and consultation discussions remain confidential and are not shared with third parties.
7) Time Zone Policy
All bookings and consultations follow Indian Standard Time (IST). Clients are responsible for time-zone conversion errors.
8) Recording Policy
Recording, screen recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 11VEN Astro Private Limited.
9) Professional Conduct
Both client and consultant must maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout the consultation.
10) Disclaimer

11) Payment Policy
Full payment is required at booking to confirm the appointment.
12) Refund Policy
No refunds for missed appointments or dissatisfaction. Refunds are processed only for no-show or cancellation from our side.

14) Accuracy of Birth Details
The client is responsible for accurate birth details. Inaccuracies may affect consultation quality.

1) अपॉइंटमेंट शेड्यूलिंग
सभी परामर्श आधिकारिक बुकिंग सिस्टम से पहले से बुक किए जाएँगे। अपॉइंटमेंट उपलब्धता पर निर्भर है।
2) रद्द करने की नीति
भुगतान के बाद राशि वापस नहीं होगी। रिफंड केवल तब होगा जब परामर्श 11VEN Astro Private Limited की ओर से रद्द हो।
3) अनुपस्थिति नीति
क्लाइंट तय समय पर उपस्थित नहीं होता है तो रिफंड या रीशेड्यूल नहीं मिलेगा।
4) रीशेड्यूलिंग और लचीलापन
दुर्लभ आपात स्थिति में 11VEN Astro Private Limited परामर्श पुनर्निर्धारित कर सकता है। ऐसी स्थिति में क्लाइंट को पहले से बताया जाएगा।
5) कॉल की गुणवत्ता और जिम्मेदारी
स्थिर इंटरनेट, सही ऑडियो और शांत वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना क्लाइंट की जिम्मेदारी है। क्लाइंट की तकनीकी समस्या रिफंड का आधार नहीं होगी।
6) गोपनीयता
परामर्श के दौरान साझा की गई व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, जन्म विवरण और चर्चाएँ गोपनीय रहेंगी और तीसरे पक्ष से साझा नहीं होंगी।
7) समय क्षेत्र नीति
सभी बुकिंग और परामर्श भारतीय मानक समय (IST) पर आधारित हैं। समय क्षेत्र बदलने की जिम्मेदारी और उससे जुड़ी त्रुटियाँ क्लाइंट की होंगी।
8) रिकॉर्डिंग नीति
11VEN Astro Private Limited की पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना रिकॉर्डिंग, स्क्रीन-रिकॉर्डिंग या वितरण सख्त रूप से निषिद्ध है।
9) पेशेवर आचरण
क्लाइंट और कंसल्टेंट दोनों परामर्श के दौरान सम्मानजनक और पेशेवर व्यवहार बनाए रखेंगे।
10) अस्वीकरण
ज्योतिषीय परामर्श केवल सूचनात्मक और आत्म-समझ के उद्देश्य से हैं। इन्हें चिकित्सा, कानूनी, वित्तीय या अन्य पेशेवर सलाह न माना जाए।
11) भुगतान नीति
अपॉइंटमेंट पुष्टि के लिए बुकिंग के समय पूरा भुगतान आवश्यक है।
12) रिफंड नीति
मिस्ड अपॉइंटमेंट या असंतोष पर रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा। रिफंड केवल हमारी ओर से नो-शो या रद्दीकरण पर प्रोसेस होगा।
13) लागू कानून
ये नियम और शर्तें राजस्थान क्षेत्राधिकार, भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित होंगी।
14) जन्म विवरण की सटीकता
सही जन्म विवरण देना क्लाइंट की जिम्मेदारी है। त्रुटि परामर्श की गुणवत्ता प्रभावित कर सकती है।
15) दायित्व की सीमा
परामर्श के आधार पर क्लाइंट द्वारा लिए गए निर्णयों के लिए 11VEN Astro Private Limited जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
